Yes! We pride ourselves on being at the party on time on the day of the event. We are in contact with you every step of the way to put your mind at ease. After all it’s your child’s birthday and we want to help make that extra special. We call you the week of to reconfirm and check all of the details as well.
There is a $50.00 deposit. This guarantees you the date and time slot for you event and the services you booked. It is deducted from your balance and you then pay the remaining balance at the party.
